In his concert in Yogyakarta, Tantowi will be accompanied by Thomsel Band and will perform 20 songs from several albums that he has recorded. However, Tantowi emphasized that the concert he will perform is not just a music stage, but there will be many stories of memories during his time studying in Jogja in the 80s.
“Although I didn’t live in Jogja for long, this city has taught me many things. It even changed my behavior to be very Javanese. ” said the former Indonesian Ambassador to New Zealand.
For that reason, Tantowi hopes that his first solo concert in Jogja will be attended by lovers of beautiful songs from the 60s to 80s. “My childhood, childhood and adolescence were filled with beautiful songs from famous singers of that era.
In the entertainment world, Tantowi is known not only as a singer, but also as a reliable presenter and TV host.
