CARVING — Successfully holding the Rijsttafel Challenge 2023 competition, Platinum Adisucipto Hotel is once again presenting the “Fruit & Vegetable Carving Competition” at the Golden Ballroom. Dody Wahyu Prahadi as General Manager of Platinum Adisucipto Hotel explained that this competition is an annual agenda of Platinum Adisucipto as a competition forum for culinary world players. Therefore, this competition presents the best judge in the field of carving, namely Chef Rony Raya Karta.
