DIGITAL LIFE – Telkomsel launched GraPARI customer service in the Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN). This step is part of Telkomsel’s spirit inspired by the spirit of Indonesia in providing convenience and easy access to services to all customers, and marks Telkomsel’s strategic step in supporting the development of the Capital City of the Archipelago as the new center of government.
Telkomsel Sales Director, Adiwinahyu Basuki Sigit said, the presence of GraPARI Nusantara in IKN is a manifestation of Telkomsel’s commitment to be able to serve customers more closely in this new capital city, especially for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and workers and wants to provide the best experience and services that suit customer needs.
“We hope that the presence of GraPARI Nusantara can provide real benefits for customers in IKN, both in terms of ease of access and reliability of telecommunications services, and the presence of GraPARI can also support various digital activities of customers, and provide a positive impact on society.” said Sigit in a media release received by the editors, Wednesday (31/7/2024).
Sigit further explained that GraPARI Nusantara, which is located in the IKN Construction Workers’ Housing (HPK), can assist customers in fulfilling various needs for Telkomsel services, such as purchasing prepaid SIM cards and eSIMs, replacing lost or damaged cards, upgrading 4G/LTE uSIM cards, registering new Telkomsel Halo customers (postpaid), serving new installations of IndiHome services, upgrading speeds, adding features, to other Telkomsel product and service needs.
In addition, GraPARI Nusantara is designed in line with the vision of developing the Indonesian Capital City as a green and sustainable city, equipped with adequate facilities, GraPARI Nusantara will be a center of information and education for the surrounding community regarding Telkomsel digital products and services and provide the best service experience to customers.
Therefore, GraPARI Nusantara is also equipped with a MyGraPARI self-service machine, which is designed to provide convenience and flexibility for customers in accessing Telkomsel services.
With MyGraPARI, customers can perform various service transactions independently.
Sigit emphasized that the convenience and ease for Telkomsel and IndiHome customers who will come to GraPARI is also realized with the GraPARI reservation feature which can be accessed via the MyTelkomsel application.
To further provide added value for customers at GraPARI Nusantara, Telkomsel has collaborated with various Food and Beverage merchants at the IKN Construction Workers Housing (HPK) Canteen. Through this collaboration, customers can exchange 10 Telkomsel Points for a discount coupon worth IDR 5,000 which can be used at the merchant. This offer is valid until September 30, 2024.
At GraPARI Nusantara, customers also have the opportunity to get various other interesting products such as tumblers, t-shirts, hats, shopping bags, umbrellas, and various other exclusive merchandise.
